How Do I Access My Contribution History?

1. Go to www.rotary.org
2. Click on "member access" on the top right side, above the tabs
3. Put in your email address and password
4. Click on the "sign in" button
5. Once in your account, click on "view your contribution history" in the left-hand-side menu
6. Click on "donor history report" to get the overview of your report
7. Click on "transaction detail" at the bottom for full detail of your contributions

How Do I Transfer PHF Recognition Points?

1. Go to www.rotary.org
2. Click on the "contribute" tab at the top
3. Click on "PHF Recognition and Transfer Request Form (PDF)" on the left-hand-side side menu
4. Fill out the form
5. Print and sign the form
6. Mail out or scan and email the signed form to the Canadian Rotary Foundation address specified at the bottom of the form
7. Let Karl Wahl (Foundation Chair) & Joan Krisko (Club Secretary) know that you have sent in this form, so that Karl will watch out for the delivery of the PHF pin & certificate and Joan will record it in our files
